3.1. Providing data is optional. However, not providing, even partially, the data required will make it impossible for Carind S.r.l. to provide the services requested in full.
4. Communication and circulation of data
4.1. The personal data collected will not be circulated or communicated to third parties, except in cases established by the privacy code and/or by law and, in any case, using methods consented thereby.
4.2. Data processors or persons in charge of processing appointed by Carind S.r.l. can gain knowledge of the data for their respective functions and in compliance with instructions received, only for the specific purposes indicated in this policy.
4.3 The data may be communicated to third-party Companies such as banks, partners performing services for the on-line users, solely to provide the service requested.
5. Rights of the data subject
Related to his/her data, the data subject can exercise the rights established by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, within the limits and conditions established by articles 8, 9 and 10 of the aforementioned legislative decree.

5.3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
5.3.1. the update, rectification or, when of interest, integration of data;
5.3.2. the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of personal data if they are processed in breach of the law, including data whose storage related to the collection or processing purposes is not obligatory;
5.3.3. certification that operations in letters a) and b) were notified, also for their contents, to those to whom the data was communicated or circulated, unless that compliance is impossible or involves use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected.
5.4. The data subject has the right to object, in full or partially:
5.4.1. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of his/her personal data, even if pertinent to the collection purpose;
